- The Licensee Guarantee: We are a small family run business. In being so small, you can rest assured you will always have the Licensee and Managing Director overseeing the management of your investment. This means consistency, reliability and no falling through the cracks.
- Our Responsiveness Guarantee: We respect your time and therefore promise to respond to all Landlord enquiries within 24 hours of receiving your enquiry when it is made during the week and on Monday when your enquiry is made on the weekend. You can contact us via phone, text and email.
